Service

MangaHalo is a personal live reading aid for users who already have lawful access to Japanese manga in Kindle Cloud Reader. It displays temporary machine-generated English overlay text on the visible page in the user's browser.

No Affiliation

MangaHalo is not affiliated with Amazon, Kindle, publishers, authors, or rights holders. Users remain responsible for following the terms of the reading services, stores, and devices they use.

No Export Or Redistribution

MangaHalo is not an export, archive, or redistribution tool. Users must not use MangaHalo to create, save, share, sell, publish, or redistribute translated manga pages, translated image files, PDFs, full-book text, or page archives.

Translation Quality

OCR and machine translation may be incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, or unavailable. MangaHalo is provided as a reading aid, not as an official translation, localization, publication, legal document, or professional advice.

Accounts And Credits

Free and paid usage limits are applied monthly. Credits are intended for personal reading use and may be adjusted to prevent abuse, service overload, or behavior that violates these terms.

Paid Subscription

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. The active plan gives access to the monthly paid translation limit shown at checkout and in the extension. Users may cancel future renewals through the billing management link when available or by contacting support.

Refunds

MangaHalo is a digital service. Except where required by law, subscription payments already processed are generally non-refundable. If a duplicate charge, billing error, or service access problem occurs, contact support for review.

Availability

MangaHalo may be changed, paused, limited, or discontinued. The service depends on browser behavior, Kindle Cloud Reader behavior, OCR and translation infrastructure, and third-party payment and hosting providers.
